Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and we are sure you will be. However we understand that occasionally you may need to return items, which is why we offer a 7 day (after delivery) money back guarantee. To obtain a refund please call or email Customer Services whose details can be found under Contact us, and we will issue you with a return number. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as it was when delivered and sent to:

We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. All delivery costs incurred by returning items to us are payable and any original delivery charge will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item (s) then we will credit your account accordingly.

NB: Returns sent without a valid return number cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to debit your account if we feel that any part of the returns criteria has not been adhered to.
