Terms & Conditions
VAT
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate; however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any changes in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.
General
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion when you use this website.
The Contract between Us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This email is only an acknowledgement of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an email notifying you that the items have been despatched to you. Only on receipt of your goods do we then enter a contract with you.
Ordering
You should ensure that the items you have detailed on the order screen are correct and that they meet your exact requirements as once we have accepted your order and confirmed it by email it may not be possible to amend your order.
It is up to the customer to measure the space that the product needs to fit into correctly. You need to consider tight stairs, doorways etc. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk. In the event that you need to return an item due to this then the delivery charge will not be refunded plus any charges that we have incurred in order to return the item. Please see our separate refund policy.
Whilst every effort will be made to match all colours and finishes, goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight dye, shade or grain variations particularly with natural products such as wood and leather.
We reserve the right not to accept an order if:
We do not have stock to fulfil the order
If we are unable to deliver the product to your area
If an item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site
If you have not complied with our terms and conditions of sale
If an order is cancelled any payments to us will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
Scotland Surcharge: There will be a surcharge of £15.00 for the following Scottish postcodes:

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order you must notify us in writing or email (see returns policy for addresses) if you cancel your order after the goods have been processed by us for delivery or refuse the goods upon delivery we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. Your delivery charge will not be refunded.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint our Customer Care Department is ready to help. Complaints must be made in writing by post or email and we aim to respond to all your concerns quickly and efficiently within 14 days of receipt.
