- How will my items be delivered?
We use different delivery services depending on the size of the parcel.
Small/Medium parcels: The delivery times are shown in the description of each product, once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking number from our courier.
Large parcels: The delivery times are shown in the description of each product, we will send you an email once your order has been collected by our courier and the courier will then contact you directly to book your delivery in for a suitable date and time.
- If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
Items sometimes come from various suppliers so these may be delivered to you on different days. If requested, we will endeavour to ensure that all your items come to you on the same delivery.
- Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item has not yet been dispatched changing your address will be possible, however, if your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.
- How can I contact the delivery company?
We do work with several delivery companies, if you contact our customer services team they will be able to advise where your delivery is up to and provide the necessary contact details.
- I still haven't received my order, what do I do?
If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to look into this for you.
- What happens if I'm not there when my items are delivered?
This differs depending on the courier used, based on the size of the items purchased:
Small/medium parcels: If you're not there when they try to deliver, our delivery partner will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Large parcels: Our courier will contact you before the delivery of your item to propose a delivery date and time frame, if this isn’t convenient you can arrange a suitable delivery time directly with the courier.
If you're not at home at the agreed time, your item will be returned to their warehouse. We will be able to arrange re-delivery of your order but this will incur a charge.

- Where we don’t deliver to
Currently excluded territories are: - Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and BFPO Addresses.
