INTRODUCTION
Paying by finance allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 6 or 12 months with simple fixed payment. This service has no fees the payments are interest free. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must be employed at least 16 hours per week, self-employed, retired in receipt of a pension or receiving disability payments.
- Must be a permanent UK resident with at least 3 years UK address history. The address used in the application must be the same as the delivery address for the goods.
- Must have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
- Must have an active valid email address
PAYMENT PROCESS
Add your item to the basket and proceed to the checkout screen to complete your order. Here you have the option to choose to pay with finance as your payment option. This will take you to the finance application form which takes just a few moments to complete. A minimum deposit of 10% and up to 50% will be taken on successful completion of the application process.
The application process will involve a credit check against your credit file to determine affordability and in the vast majority of cases an instant decision will be provided. If the application is referred for manual assessment this process can take up to 24 hours.

CANCELLATIONS
Once the application is complete there is a 14-day cooling off period during which you can choose to withdraw from the credit agreement. We regret we are unable to refund delivery charges on items that have been delivered prior to notice being given.
This does not affect your statutory refund rights.
